Work on the document in Google docs. Don't complete it first and then post it. We are working on Transparency: peek at other proposals to see others are doing!
(Note: Feel free to ask me via email to "grade" your proposal before Thursday. I will be out of town Sept 24-26, so the first chance I would have would be on Monday the 27th. The faster you get the proposal approved, the easier things will be on you in the long run.
